Recruitment Position

Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities: Conduct sales and marketing activities in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, particularly in drug discovery and development. Work closely with the technical team to win customers’ trust and secure business. Perform customer searching and visiting, travel and participate in exhibitions and road shows. Follow the entire progress of assigned projects, including quotations, PO/contract signing, project progress and status monitoring, and delivery of final research results. Follow up on customer payments in accordance with the contract terms. Provide customer feedback on team performance and areas where the company needs improvement. Job Requirements: Must be a US citizen, grown up and educated in the US to ensure cultural coherence with the US market. At least a BS degree in science and technology; a degree in Biology or Chemistry is preferred. At least 2–3 years of sales working experience in CRO or CDMO. A proven track record of achieving at least $2 million in annual sales. Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
