I. Business Integrity
PRECEDO provide truthful, accurate, and complete information regarding our services and products, engage in fair competition, oppose all forms of unfair competition, and prohibit commercial bribery, kickbacks, and any other improper transfer of benefits. The company has established a robust Conflict of Interest Disclosure Mechanism to ensure that all business decisions prioritize the best interests of the company and its clients.
II. Intellectual Property Protection
2.1 Client Intellectual Property
PRECEDO guarantees that we will not conduct any independent research or third-party collaborative research that conflicts with clients’ interests (such as independently researching and developing drugs or cooperating with other third parties, etc.).
We protect the intellectual property generated from the client’s services under a client NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) or MSA (Master Service Agreement), We will regularly arrange extensive training on IP protection, international IP laws, and security. Employees ensure confidentiality beyond the employment contract. Client IP is protected by national law and company agreements.
Strict Control of Electronic Security and Information Access
• Deployment of virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) to achieve centralized management and protection of client IP information.
• Use of encrypted email, HTTPS secure channels, etc., to ensure the security of information transmission.
• Standardized management of documents and records, with strict control over project files and experimental records according to permissions.
• Disabled USB ports, real-time monitoring of online behavior, and reliance on an information security platform to prevent network attacks.
• Implementation of hierarchical permission management centered on clients/projects to ensure the safe archiving of data.
2.2 Protection of Proprietary Intellectual Property
PRECEDO has been granted over 60 patents and 11 data property rights certificates, providing clients with high-quality services protected by proprietary innovations.
III. Ethical Policy and Privacy Protection
PRECEDO strictly complies with the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Human Genetic Resources and establishes an ethically approved biobank based on the informed consent of subjects. At the same time, we follow international and domestic standards such as ISO 20387 and GB/T 37864 to ensure the compliant operation of the biobank.
IV. Data Security
4.1 Data Security Management
PRECEDO has established a "comprehensive data security management system" to ensure the security of experimental data, client information, and research results:
• Implementation of hierarchical and classified data management
• Establishment of data backup and recovery mechanisms
• Adoption of encryption technology to protect the transmission of sensitive data
• Regular conduct of data security audits and risk assessments
4.2 Client Data Confidentiality
For project data entrusted by clients, we commit:
• Strictly maintain confidentiality and shall not disclose to any third party without the client’s permission
• Deliver all data in accordance with the agreement after the project is completed and clean up temporary storage
• Establish a client data access permission control mechanism
V. Continuously Optimizing the Quality Management System
PRECEDO is committed to delivering services that meet global quality and regulatory standards, with a strong focus on continuous improvement. As of 2026, we have successfully passed multiple on-site audits, all of which were completed with outstanding results.
VI. Laboratory Safety
The safety management of the company’s biobanks, medical testing institutes, and new drug evaluation laboratories is strictly implemented in accordance with the construction of relevant laws, regulations, and standard systems.Ensure full-process safety, control, compliance, and orderly management of experimental activities
